We are looking for a proven, A+ SDR Manager who has successfully built, scaled, and optimized high-performing SDR teams in a high-growth, high-volume sales environment. This is a foundational role—we do not currently have an SDR team, and this leader will be 100% responsible for building it from the ground up with a team of A+ players who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive remote sales environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

âś… Build & Lead a High-Performance SDR Team

  • Own the entire SDR function from scratch—recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of elite SDRs.
  • Recruit and build a team of A+ players who are ready to perform at the highest level.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive efficiency and maximize results.
  • Create and execute structured coaching programs to develop SDRs into top-tier sales professionals.
  • Set the standard for high-energy, high-output, and performance-driven culture.
  • Conduct daily team huddles to align priorities, optimize strategy, and ensure a high-performance mindset.
  • Perform routine 1:1 performance coaching sessions with all direct reports to drive continuous improvement.

âś… Optimize & Execute SDR Strategy

  • Design and implement winning outbound and inbound SDR playbooks, including call scripts, outreach sequences, and objection-handling strategies.
  • Manage high-volume lead pipelines, ensuring SDRs are qualifying and converting the right prospects.
  • Align closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to maximize lead flow efficiency and optimize conversion rates.
  • Work under the Operations team while aligning with WarriorBabe’s Sales (Closer) Manager to ensure SDR efforts seamlessly integrate with the broader sales process for maximum conversion and revenue impact.
  • Identify and leverage extenuating lead capture opportunities—such as WarriorBabe’s free Facebook community of nearly 20K members—to drive incremental lead generation and nurture warm prospects into high-ticket buyers.

âś… Data-Driven Performance & HubSpot Management

  • Own all SDR reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking—monitor, analyze, and optimize every aspect of the SDR function.
  • Take full control of lead lists, pipeline management, and reporting inside HubSpot, ensuring a flawless sales process.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine outreach strategies, improve team performance, and increase revenue impact.

âś… Direct Reporting to the CEO & Alignment with Operations

  • Report directly to WarriorBabe’s CEO to align SDR growth and strategy with overall company objectives.
  • Operate under the Operations team, ensuring that SDR processes, performance tracking, and lead management are fully optimized within WarriorBabe’s larger sales ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with WarriorBabe’s Sales (Closer) Manager to ensure that the SDR function feeds high-quality leads into the sales pipeline and that conversion rates are maximized.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Proven Track Record – 5+ years building and leading SDR teams from scratch, managing high-volume inbound and outbound leads.
🔹 High-Ticket Sales Experience – Ideally, you’ve worked in a high-ticket, remote sales environment in the fitness industry or a similar space.
🔹 World-Class Execution – You’ve scaled SDR teams that consistently exceed targets and deliver elite-level results.
🔹 Extreme Ownership & High Accountability – You take full responsibility for the team’s success and push for bigger, better, faster outcomes.
🔹 Sales & Coaching Mastery – You’re a strategic thinker, an expert communicator, and know how to coach SDRs into top closers.
🔹 HubSpot Proficiency – You have deep experience managing lead pipelines, segmentation, reporting, and analytics inside HubSpot.
🔹 High-Volume Sales Expertise – You know how to navigate a fast-moving environment and turn high-volume leads into high-value sales.
🔹 Lead Generation Visionary – You understand how to leverage non-traditional lead sources, like social communities, content engagement, and brand affinity, to drive additional revenue.

🚨 This is NOT a structured 9-5 job. We need someone who understands the fast-paced world of remote sales, where leads are active and converting 7 days a week—and is ready to dominate.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Final compensation will be determined based on applicable experience, ability to quickly recruit and establish a high-performing SDR team, and other KPIs that will be outlined during the final stages of the offer process.
