About the role

As a Client Readiness Coordinator at WarriorBabe, you are the first human connection for women interested in transforming their health, confidence, and life.

You’re more than a scheduler!You’re a gatekeeper, guide, and champion for our community. Your role is to ensure that every potential client we welcome into the WarriorBabe ecosystem is aligned with our mission, ready to succeed, and set up for an empowering experience with our Enrollment Advisors.

This is a high-impact, sales-driven role.

You will be at the front lines of our growth, qualifying leads, guiding conversations, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our Enrollment Advisors. Every interaction you have shapes a woman’s experience and helps maintain the integrity and quality of our community.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with potential clients via Zoom and phone calls to understand their goals, readiness, and alignment with WarriorBabe.
• Qualify leads by asking thoughtful questions about fitness, lifestyle, mindset, and readiness to invest in themselves.
• Assess whether a potential client is a strong fit for the program and provide insights to Enrollment Advisors for a smooth handoff.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to confirm attendance and reduce no-shows.
• Maintain meticulous records in our CRM and communicate updates with the sales team via Slack and huddles.
• Represent WarriorBabe’s empowering and supportive brand in every interaction.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly qualification and appointment-setting goals.
• Contribute to a positive team environment while working in a fast-paced, growth-focused sales culture.

• Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to connect with potential clients on a meaningful level.
• Enthusiasm for spending time on Zoom calls, guiding and assessing potential members.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage CRM records and follow-up tasks efficiently.

• Motivation to advance into higher-level roles within sales or coaching.
• Comfort and excitement working in a competitive, commission-driven environment.
• Ability to onboard and train quickly and contribute immediately to the team.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Strong Base Salary: $43,200/year
📈 Unlimited Earning Potential: 1.5%–4.5% commission + monthly bonuses on cash collected
