About the role

WarriorBabe is hiring a Sales Director who knows exactly what it takes to build and lead a high performance remote sales team. If you have lived in the high ticket closing world or the appointment setting space, and you know how to scale a team that wins, keep reading.

This role is for someone who is hungry, direct, disciplined, and energized by holding people to a high standard.

You are not intimidated by volume, by urgency, or by the responsibility of owning an entire revenue division. You understand what accountability actually means.

This is not a nine to five. This is leadership in a fast moving environment where performance matters and culture matters.

Expect fifty to sixty plus hour weeks when needed. Expect to support the team on weekends. Expect to show up with energy and presence every single day.

What you'll do

Leadership and Culture

  • Lead the sales division with clarity, conviction, and consistency.
  • Set the cultural standard and protect it. No excuses. No ambiguity.
  • Keep the team aligned with the WarriorBabe mission and expectations.
  • Bring energy to closers, setters, and managers every day.

Team Management and Development

  • Directly manage the Closer Manager, Outbound Setter Manager, Inbound Setter Manager, and additional team leads.
  • Hold your managers accountable and coach them into stronger leaders.
  • Run daily huddles, tactical coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure expectations are clear and the team executes with discipline.

Performance and KPIs

  • Own every number inside the sales organization.
  • Drive revenue, pipeline performance, show rates, close rates, and setter output.
  • Align compensation and commission with company goals.
  • Partner with Operations on forecasting, volume planning, and quarterly targets.

Operational Excellence

  • Keep SOPs, scripts, and workflows clean, current, and followed.
  • Work with Operations, Marketing, and Fulfillment to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to maintain flawless HubSpot hygiene.
  • Fix broken systems and bring solutions before problems escalate.

Scaling and Strategy

  • Recruit and hire for all sales functions as the team grows.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities inside the department.
  • Build systems that allow the team to scale without chaos.
  • Think ahead and plan for what the business needs next.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and scaling remote high ticket closers and appointment setters.
  • Experience managing managers and building high performing leadership layers.
  • Direct examples of driving revenue growth and improving team KPIs.
  • High work capacity and availability to support the team outside typical hours when needed.
  • Strong sales coaching skills and understanding of high ticket fundamentals.
  • Experience partnering with Operations on forecasting and goal setting.
  • Strong command of HubSpot and pipeline management.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or coaching preferred.
  • Lives a fitness driven lifestyle and practices the behaviors we expect.

30/60/90 Day Standards

First 30 Days

  • Learn all systems and processes
  • Build rapport across all levels of the sales team
  • Maintain current team performance
  • Execute existing team rhythms reliably

By 60 Days

  • Optimize existing processes
  • Identify skill gaps and coaching needs
  • Improve pipeline hygiene across all reps
  • Begin raising low performers or addressing the gaps

By 90 Days

  • Take full ownership of the sales function
  • Hit full KPI ownership
  • Begin building out a team expansion plan and hiring roadmap

Compensation

  • $150,000 to $200,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses tied to specific KPIs.
