About the role

  • We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Schedule Supervisor to join our team. The Maintenance Schedule Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance schedulers developing, implementing, and overseeing maintenance schedules and activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our nuclear facilities.

What you'll do

  • Supervise a team of maintenance schedulers/work week coordinators
  • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures for nuclear plant equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and track schedule adherence, team performance, schedule readiness
  • Coach and mentor team members and communicate with site leadership team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nuclear maintenance scheduling or a related nuclear field.
  • Nuclear plant experience required
  • Knowledge of nuclear plant systems, equipment, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Asset Suite and P6 Primavera experience

Work Environment

  • This role requires working in a high-security environment, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • May involve shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Office and fieldwork in secure and regulated environment as a nuclear power plant and construction sites.
