About the role

We are seeking a skilled Associate Director, Digital Analytics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between data and marketing strategy, turning complex analytics into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong experience with multiple analytics platforms, understands the technical aspects of digital measurement implementation, and can effectively communicate data stories to stakeholders.


What you'll do

  • Create and maintain Adobe Analytics dashboards to monitor website traffic, troubleshoot anomalies, and extract data for reporting
  • Develop and implement digital measurement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Determine appropriate campaign tracking codes (e.g., CIDs, UTMs) and review for accuracy across marketing initiatives
  • Provide technical consultation on tagging implementation and changes
  • Build and maintain reporting visualizations in Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Synthesize data from multiple platforms into cohesive, insight-driven presentations
  • Support the development of monthly deliverables with data-backed insights
  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions for ongoing campaign measurement
  • Develop compelling RFP responses and new business presentations by collaborating across departments, translating complex capabilities into persuasive client-focused content that drives business growth.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or digital marketing

Analytics Platforms & Tools

  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Analytics, including dashboard creation and testing methodologies
  • Proficiency with Google platforms: GA4, Tag Manager, Ads, Search Console, and Looker
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and SEO tools (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Screaming Frog)
  • Experience with Tableau for data visualization and PowerPoint for executive reporting

Measurement Implementation & Strategy

  • Understanding of digital analytics measurement design and implementation
  • Knowledge of tracking technologies: UTM parameters, CIDs, vanity URLs, pixels/floodlights
  • Ability to develop tracking taxonomies and implement tagging solutions
  • Familiarity with website tracking implementation and troubleshooting

Marketing Analytics Expertise

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their measurement methodologies
  • Experience measuring performance across paid, owned, and earned media
  • Knowledge of email/SMS communications analytics and website/mobile app performance metrics
  • Understanding of brand health measurement including qualitative and quantitative approaches
  • Experience with competitive share of voice analysis and social listening platforms

Communication Skills

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Experience aligning KPIs to business objectives
  • Skilled at creating insightful data visualizations and reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is: $106,500 - $132,500
