We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing SFMC projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plan and manage all aspects of SFMC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Understand the client needs and translate them to the data and development teams
- Manage and communicate project expectations to stakeholders and team members and address risks and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with client cross-functional teams
- Facilitate and lead meetings to discuss project objectives and progress
- Report project status, issues and risks to all stakeholders
- Communicate project status, issues, and updates to key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Project Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in technology project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- A demonstrated understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications and run team meetings
- PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification and / or PMP is preferred
- Critical thinking and problem – solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have a focus on detail and driving result
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
