About The Role & Team

   
Webull Financial LLC is a FINRA registered broker dealer, we provide online investing platform for retail investors, products include global market data, news and trading in US equities, listed options, futures contracts, and more. We are looking for a talented financial services professional in the New York area to be part of our Managed Services Operations team.   


In This Role, You Will

  • Oversee the escheatment life cycle, including due diligence, reporting, and delivery of securities and funds to state unclaimed property offices.
  • Maintain strong communication with state regulators to ensure compliance with evolving escheatment laws and deadlines. 
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure firm’s standards and requirements are aligned. 
  • Complete legal processes for client liens, levies, garnishments, information requests and take appropriate action to restrict account access, liquidate positions, or pay creditors as required.  
  • Serve as the primary liason between internal legal, compliance, and Omnibus operations teams to perform daily ad hoc tasks.   
  • Provide customer experience team with instructions and guidance on escalated client inquiries.    
  • Continually identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement solutions to optimize workflows.   

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.   
  • Willingness to obtain SIE and Series 7 within the first 6 months of employment 
  • Strong problem-solving, control, and project management skills (a plus) 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; superb attention to detail 
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-pressure environment to meet state and legal deadlines.    
  • Team player with leadership experience (a plus).

This role is based in our New York City office, where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation. At Webull, we’re committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is 85k- 100k annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits. Final offers consider experience, location, and relevant qualifications.
