About The Role & Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Actions Analyst to support our Corporate Actions team with the timely creation, review, validation, and approval of stock market corporate action events. This role operates during the early morning shift to ensure Webull client positions are prepared for the day ahead and that corporate action events are processed accurately and efficiently. 


As a key contributor to our clearing operations, you will play a vital role in monitoring, validating, and responding to mandatory and voluntary corporate action events such as splits, mergers, reorganizations, dividends, and other equity events. 


In This Role, You Will

  • Monitor overnight corporate action announcements from market sources and vendors. 
  • Review and approve corporate action events in internal systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy. 
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure instructions and deliverables are clearly understood across the firm and by clients. 
  • Validate and interpret event terms (mandatory/voluntary) against official issuer and custodian data. 
  • Process corporate action entitlements and ensure instructions meet compliance and control standards. 
  • Reconcile event data with internal records and resolve discrepancies or exceptions proactively. 
  • Document event decisions and maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes. 
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed. 

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or finance 
  • 2+ years of brokerage experience, or experience in clearing operations  
  • Series 7 certified 
  • Familiarity with corporate actions

This role is based in our St Pete Global HQ (200 Carillon Pkwy, FL), where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation. At Webull, we’re committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is $65,000-75,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits. Final offers consider experience, location, and relevant qualifications.
