About The Role & Team

• Webull is seeking a highly motivated junior or mid-level attorney to support our legal team and business units. This position provides a great opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic company. This position will report to our Associate General Counsel.

In This Role, You Will

• Support and advise the compliance department on regulatory inquiries and enforcement actions; participate in enforcement matters as needed.
• Collaborate with and manage outside counsel.
• Manage ongoing litigation and arbitration at all phases, including representing the firm in smaller litigation and arbitration matters, as appropriate.
• Coordinate and participate in all aspects of discovery (including subpoena and legal order compliance) and internal investigations.
• Review and advise marketing and other business teams regarding contracts.
• Provide legal and strategic advice to business teams with respect to a broad mix of transactional, risk management, and compliance needs.

The Skills You Bring

• JD from an accredited law school and member in good standing of at least one state bar.
• 3+ years experience in a law firm or regulatory enforcement role.
• Broker-dealer experience significantly preferred. Other financial services industry or regulated industry experience a plus.

This role is based in our St Petersburg, FL office (200 Carillon Parkway) or our NY office (44 Wall Street) where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation.
