US Options Product Manager

New York, NY (on-site)


At Webull Financial LLC, we are building the next generation of brokerage system for our customers. We are looking for an Options Product Manager to join our New York office to help us with our mission of bringing technology and business together -while delivering solutions to our growing customer base.


Reporting to Webull’s Chief Strategy Officer, Job Responsibilities include:


Business Planning:

  • Understands the US Options markets, competitive landscape and key players in the market.
  • Translate the data into actionable insights and recommendations that can improve the product's features, functionality, usability, and value proposition.
  • Utilize various data to identify new profit and growth opportunities.
  • Establish the product's multi-year goals. Evaluate top and bottom-line impacts of action plans.


Product Planning

  • Develop requirements based multi-year roadmap of improved features & measure the impact of features enhancements.
  • Create and update product documentation (both for internal and external use).
  • Supports project management with business analysis for all projects or enhancements.


P&L Ownership

  • Forecasts and budgets revenue, expenses and profits
  • Performs financial analysis and revenue management of the US Options product.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret trends with data to answer critical business and product questions.
  • Recommend and drive actions to improve revenue and /or expense management.


Cross-functional collaboration and leadership

  • Work closely with coverage and marketing teams to develop and/or refine customer value propositions and competitive positioning for key assessment product solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as operations, engineering, design, marketing, and relevant departments.
  • Represent organization as prime contact and decision-maker for projects and other necessary communications.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or information systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of financial industry experience
  • Series 7 preferred
  • Product expert with market structure knowledge
  • Needs a combination of technical, analytical, and communication skills
  • Fluent in business process analysis and statistics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc, to manipulate and present data in a clear and compelling way
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and decision-making capabilities.
  • A collaborator, critical thinker, and problem solver.
