WEConnect International

Associate Director, Membership Growth and Development

About the role

The Associate Director, Membership Growth and Development, is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with an assigned portfolio of corporate members and institutional partners. This role serves as the day-to-day account manager for a defined list of accounts, ensuring members receive clear value from their membership, stay engaged in WEConnect International programs and events, and continue to invest in the organization's mission.

The ideal candidate will bring strong account management, client service, and relationship-building skills, along with an understanding of how large organizations operate, particularly in procurement, supply chains, inclusive sourcing, and ESG initiatives. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple accounts, engaging corporate stakeholders, using CRM systems to track activity, and translating member priorities into meaningful WEConnect engagement.
