In this hands-on, in-person role, you’ll be a critical part of a multidisciplinary team supporting youth in a structured mental health program.

What You’ll Do
As part of our collaborative care team, you’ll:

  • Facilitate engaging group activities like morning check-ins, yoga, art, recreation, and wrap-up sessions
  • Build supportive relationships with youth and model healthy boundaries and communication
  • Provide supervision and guidance during breaks and transition times
  • Use de-escalation strategies and trauma-informed approaches when needed
  • Contribute your insight to the clinical team to help tailor care for each youth
  • Document daily group participation and observations in the client record
  • Attend staff meetings and trainings to stay aligned and informed
  • Help gather and organize clinical information from referring parties

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or a degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields a plus
  • 1+ year of experience working with youth or families in a supportive setting
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Tech comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, moving, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation for occasional supply runs or outings

The pay range for this role is:

20 - 23 USD per hour (Burlingame)
