Role Overview
As an Application Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical expert for Tier II-III support requests from global customers and internal teams. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and deliver practical solutions—whether through workarounds, configuration changes, or testing patches and releases.
This role involves close collaboration with consulting, product development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and resolve application and infrastructure issues across Windows Server environments and enterprise networks.
- Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and related authentication workflows.
- Troubleshoot web-based applications and Microsoft Office integrations.
- Replicate and isolate reported issues, test fixes, and validate releases.
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows Server, networking, IIS).
- Familiarity with web technologies and the Microsoft stack.
- Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server experience preferred).
- Exposure to programming or scripting (.NET, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with enterprise application delivery and support.
- Knowledge of SSO authentication and Microsoft Office suite.
Education & Language
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English
