Customization and Maintenance Specialist

About the Role: 

As a key member of our Customization and Maintenance Team, you will help shape, build, and maintain workspaces across our Bay Area locations. From installing our modular, eco-conscious Apiro Walling System, to customizing feature walls, resolving facilities issues, and supporting access system upgrades—your work directly influences the member experience at Werqwise. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execute workspace customizations, including feature wall installation, whiteboard mounting, and office reconfigurations 
  • Perform preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and safety checks 
  • Work with the Customization and Maintenance Manager to complete high-quality, tech-integrated buildouts 
  • Respond to member requests professionally and efficiently 
  • Maintain clean job sites and follow all safety protocols 
  • Ensure all work meets internal standards and reflects the Werqwise brand 

Qualifications: 

  • Hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields 
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, framing, and painting 
  • Familiarity with tools, hardware, and workspace installation techniques 
  • Comfort working around technology (e.g., access control, digital displays, low-voltage systems) 
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent work 
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, member-first environment

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 55,000 USD per year (149NM)
