About the role
We’re seeking a dynamic Account Executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. Reporting to the Sales Manager and an essential part of the Sales team, the WHC Account Executive will be responsible for nurturing the relationship with a portfolio of premium customers and maximizing revenues for this segment.
What you'll do
- Close deals for dedicated and cloud servers, professional services, and custom solutions from inbound leads generated by the marketing team or frontline sales.
- Expand revenue from major accounts with premium services.
- Manage a portfolio of premium clients and nurture those relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and execute sales campaigns.
- Act as an ambassador of the WHC brand and products at field events.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue goals.
- Contribute to the product’s development by providing continuous feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, including account management (tech industry preferred).
- Experience selling digital infrastructure, domains, IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS products.
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- Bilingual in French and English (fluent in both spoken and written).
- Confident communicator with exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and skilled at building strong relationships quickly.
- Thrive in a competitive, performance-based sales environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Organized, independent, resourceful, and diligent.
