About the Role
It’s an exciting time at Whistic, and we’re looking for an Onboarding Manager to join our team and create an exceptional post-sales onboarding journey that drives product adoption and value realization. This is a hybrid role based out of our headquarters in Pleasant Grove, UT.

What You'll Do

  • Own the complete onboarding journey for new customers from Sales Handoff through successful product adoption and transition to Customer Success 
  • Guide customers through comprehensive product education, ensuring they understand key features and can realize value quickly
  • Generate and execute tailored onboarding plans that combine technical setup with strategic value demonstration throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers through effective onboarding while building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Proactively collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and goal alignment
  • Support customers in building out critical configurations and workflows while ensuring they understand best practices and value-driving use cases
  • Track implementation progress, update journey details, and manage deadlines to ensure visibility and accurate success metrics
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to drive product improvements and identify implementation process enhancements
  • Monitor customer usage patterns and proactively identify potential risks, escalating churn concerns to Customer Success Managers

What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS B2B Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Proven track record as a self-directed team player who excels at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience with implementation tracking software, project management tools, ticketing systems, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify process improvements and optimize customer journeys
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated with excellent prioritization skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience working with growing teams and startup environments preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience a plus
