About the Role
Whistic is growing, and we’re looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to help build the finance function at a high-growth SaaS startup with massive market potential and a distinct, high-performance, team-oriented culture. You’ll be working with an experienced team that knows how to build a successful startup.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Director of Finance & Revenue Operations on annual financial planning process, including the annual Budget model, quarterly rolling forecasts, and weekly pacing
- Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on key drivers of the business, with a particular focus on SaaS metrics and Go-to-Market efficiency measures
- Identify opportunities to optimize spend relative to forecasted growth
- Prepare budget vs. actual review and reporting at department and company level
- Assist the executive team in preparing for board-level presentations and discussions
- Assist with investor relations, due diligence, and fundraising as needed
- Participate in the month-end closing alongside the Controller as needed
What You’ll Need
- 2-4 years of experience in Finance or FP&A
- At least 1 year of finance experience at a SaaS business
- Extensive experience with financial modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a must
- Experience with (or aptitude to quickly learn) financial planning tools like Mosaic and Accounting tools like Quickbooks
- Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and business partnering skills
- Intellectually curious, detailed-oriented, data-driven mindset, and ability to learn fast
- Ability to “work smarter”, do more with less, and deliver value with limited resources
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
