About the Role

It’s an exciting time at Whistic, and we’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team! This is a hybrid role based out of our headquarters in Pleasant Grove, UT reporting to the VP, Marketing.

The Marketing Associate will play a vital role in supporting Whistic's growing marketing team across multiple functions, including performance marketing, content marketing, events, marketing operations, product marketing, and customer marketing. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist who can support our specialists while bringing deeper expertise in a few key areas.

What You’ll Do:  

• Assist in the creation, editing, and optimization of marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, emails, and other collateral
• Help implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and providing insights for optimization
• Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and trade shows
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop materials that highlight Whistic's value proposition and competitive advantages
• Help maintain and grow Whistic's presence across social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
• Assist with CRM management, marketing automation, and reporting
• Support initiatives that drive customer advocacy, testimonials, and case studies
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and data analysis while staying current with emerging AI marketing technologies
• Help track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI

What You’ll Need: 

• 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
• Experience with using AI tools in marketing
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Understanding of SEO principles and experience with design tools a plus
