The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and efficient daily operations of Whistler Platinum. This role focuses on administrative and operational support for the operations team, ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and organization of day-to-day activities. A strong communicator and multitasker, the Operations Coordinator is essential in maintaining the operational flow and supporting the delivery of exceptional service.


What will I be doing?

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager/Director of Operations and the operational field team, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize property records, including documentation updates and filing systems.
  • Assist with scheduling Housekeeping, Property inspections, Maintenance work orders, and Contractor services.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for office supplies, guest amenities, and maintenance stock, coordinating orders as needed.
  • Facilitate internal communication between departments to support operational needs.
  • Track, log, and report on incident reports, property damage, and maintenance concerns, ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Prepare and distribute daily operations reports, including property statuses and outstanding work orders.
  • Assist with the coordination of seasonal projects and other operational initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop knowledge of Whistler Platinum’s luxury property portfolio.
  • Perform other duties as required – teamwork is key, and every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to support the team.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a hospitality or operations setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works collaboratively to meet goals.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Whistler and the surrounding area is an asset but not required.
