- Develop and manage a formal program timeline and schedule, ensuring all teams and stakeholders understand the next steps.
- Lead kickoff meetings and facilitate stakeholder alignment on expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internally to execute site setup, product setup, inventory planning, and operational workflows.
- Outline project milestones with the client, ensuring clear expectations, and send formal program schedules before or after kickoff meetings.
Post-Launch Program Oversight & Customer Success
- Conduct project review and site walkthroughs post-launch to ensure all program elements function as expected.
- Manage and lead a smooth transition from Enterprise Sales to the Project Management team, ensuring operational consistency.
- Perform quarterly or annual program reviews, identifying areas for improvement and presenting optimization strategies.
- Survey customers on program satisfaction, identifying service gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, working cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution.
- Transition client ownership post-launch to long-term project management teams, ensuring a seamless experience.
