Hiring Range: $74,000.00 - $86,500.00

Job Summary: The Manager, Brand & Content Marketing plays a critical role in elevating Whitestone’s brand presence externally to our customers, prospects and within the Promotional Products Industry. As a key member of Whitestone’s Brand Team, this role will focus on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that amplify Whitestone’s reputation as a creative branding agency specializing in trend-forward, sustainable merchandise. This individual will serve as a project manager for marketing initiatives and campaigns, driving collaboration across departments to ensure Sales and Marketing Accelerate Revenue Together (SMART). Finally, the individual will also work closely with internal sales and operations Teams, along with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives, positioning Whitestone as a thought leader and partner of choice in the branded merchandise industry. 


Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives that elevate Whitestone’s brand identity and reputation in the branded merchandise industry.
  • Build brand awareness and positioning by developing and managing campaigns that resonate with customers, prospects ,and industry stakeholders
  • Oversee the creation, design, and execution of case studies, blogs, and thought leadership pieces to position Whitestone as an industry innovator.
  • Manage copywriting processes for Whitestone’s website, marketing collateral, and brand-facing communications.
  • Collaborate with the internal art department to align visuals with marketing messaging for campaigns, social media, and presentations.
  • Manage Whitestone’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram, with a focus on creating engaging, trend-forward content that supports brand objectives.
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns, ensuring integration with broader marketing efforts and consistent brand voice.
  • Drive continued growth and adoption of Whitestone’s CRM (HubSpot), refining processes to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Create marketing tools, presentations, and sales collateral to enable the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Execute Whitestone’s Marketing Roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly collateral.
  • Develop and implement learning processes and courses within Whitestone University (LMS platform: Lessonly), fostering marketing and brand knowledge across the organization.
  • Conduct industry research to identify B2B marketing opportunities, competitor strategies, and customer demand trends.
  • Establish methods for measuring ROI on marketing campaigns, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with freelancers and external partners, including agencies, and contractors, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work that aligns with marketing goals and brand guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Strong understanding of core marketing principles, including branding, campaign management, and market research.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and maintain a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Asana or Trello to manage workflows effectively.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies and tools, with a focus on optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Proven ability to analyze marketing metrics and translate data into actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Basic knowledge of Squarespace for website management

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years’ professional experience managing and leading marketing campaigns in a B2B environment required
  • Hands-on experience with various marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management platforms such as Asana or Trello required
  • Experience in the branded merchandise, promotional products or creative agency industries strongly preferred

Variable Compensation: In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in the respective variable compensation plan associated with the role.
