Job Summary: 

As a Business Development Representative at Whitestone, you’ll play a key role in driving new business by identifying and engaging potential clients across a range of industries. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, responsible for introducing them to our creative capabilities and the value of branded merchandise. Through strategic outreach and thoughtful communication, you'll generate qualified opportunities for our sales and account teams to convert into long-term partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, has a sharp eye for detail, and gets excited about connecting brands with memorable, high-impact promotional solutions.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively research, identify, and qualify new leads using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
  • Execute tailored outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and HubSpot sequences to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Managers.
  • Maintain and update lead and pipeline data in HubSpot, Asana, and Commonsku with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track engagement metrics and campaign performance to continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing/brand teams to align messaging with our voice and tailor outreach for specific industries, personas, and campaign themes.
  • Stay organized and accountable through efficient task and communication management in Asana, HubSpot, and Commonsku.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Have 2–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or lead generation role, ideally in a creative agency or B2B environment.
  • Are proficient with tools like ZoomInfo and HubSpot, and you understand how to leverage them for pipeline building.
  • Bonus points if you're familiar with: Linkedin Sales Navigator, Commonsku, and Asana
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and content to different personas and platforms.
  • Are self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and a hunger to exceed goals.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments where curiosity and creativity are valued.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills—you know how to prioritize outreach, follow up effectively, and stay on top of your pipeline.
  • Navigate ambiguity and bring structure to processes.
  • Are data-literate, able to interpret performance reports and pivot strategies based on insights.
