Position Summary

The Enrollment Team Lead supports Williamsburg Learning’s mission by leading our Enrollment Advising Team (EAT), the first point of contact for prospective families. This role goes beyond traditional sales—it involves mentoring a team that guides families from initial inquiry through the first day of school and beyond. The Team Lead ensures that advisors provide outstanding enrollment support, meet student registration goals, and maintain a high standard of service and responsiveness.


Essential Duties (Top 5 Roles)

1) Team Leadership & Development

  • Oversee the hiring and onboarding process for new Enrollment Advisors.
  • Lead continuous training and ongoing development for all advisors.
  • Provide regular informal coaching, feedback, and encouragement to all advisors.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings, daily check-ins during peak seasons, and quarterly conversations with all advisors.

2) Performance Monitoring & Accountability

  • Collaborate with the CMO and other leaders to align enrollment strategies with department and company goals.
  • Monitor individual and team performance using weekly KPIs and CRM data.
  • Attend regular Admissions Department meetings and serve as the point of accountability for enrollment KPIs.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Tech, and other teams as needed to track performance and remove roadblocks.

3) Enrollment Operations & Systems

  • Manage Enrollment Advisor schedules, ensuring optimal coverage throughout the enrollment cycle.
  • Ensure prospective parents move effectively through enrollment pipelines across all schools (WAC, LAU, WA, etc.).
  • Update and improve enrollment-related templates, automations, and messaging in HubSpot and other systems.

4) Documentation and Quality Assurance

  • Maintain and update advisor playbooks and training documentation.
  • Ensure systems are current, and advisor activities are aligned with policies and school offerings.
  • Monitor advisor calls and communications for quality assurance and provide ongoing coaching.


5) General Team Support

  • Relay advisor and customer feedback to relevant departments to enhance strategy and operations.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex enrollment cases or parent concerns.
  • Adapt and support the enrollment team as needed to help achieve company goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a sales, customer service, or enrollment environment
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Infusionsoft
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, team schedules, and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Certifications in leadership, management, or sales enablement
  • Familiarity with enrollment or admissions in K–12 or education tech environments
  • CRM automation and reporting experience

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time remote position
  • Must be available during regular business hours and peak enrollment cycles
  • Occasional off-hour virtual meetings may be required

Salary Range

  • 75,000 Annual Salary
