ABOUT THE ROLE


Windsor is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support the daily operation and appearance of our Duluth office as a part-time Office Cleaning & Stocking Coordinator. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace and ensuring that office snacks, beverages, and supplies are well stocked. This position plays an important role in creating a positive and productive environment for our team while supporting daily office needs through organization, cleanliness, and consistency. Schedule for this part-time hourly position is flexible and we anticipate between 5-10 hours per week.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Demonstrate Windsor’s core values: The Right Attitude, Ownership, and Constant Improvement.
  • Perform weekly cleaning of the Duluth office including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
  • Clean and sanitize countertops, tabletops, and desks.
  • Dust surfaces and clean office windows as needed.
  • Empty trash and recycling throughout the office.
  • Maintain stocked break room supplies including snacks, coffee, and beverages.
  • Purchase and restock office cleaning supplies.
  • Monitor and purchase paper goods such as paper towels, napkins, tissues, plates, and utensils.
  • Purchase and restock miscellaneous office supplies including printer paper, ink, pens, and other general needs.
  • Communicate proactively when supplies are running low.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent quality and reliability.
  • Complete duties outside of normal office hours when possible to minimize disruption (early mornings, evenings, or weekends).


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, office support, or similar responsibilities preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to lift and carry light to moderate supplies estimated up to 40 pounds.
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and consistent in attendance.
  • Flexible availability to work outside standard business hours.

  • Overtime & Holiday Pay- 1.5X hourly wages for hours worked on holidays or over 40+ week.

The pay range for this role is:

17 - 17 USD per hour (Duluth, MN)
