Windwalker Security Guards will provide a variety of services, which may include, but is not limited to the following tasks:


Core Responsibilities:

Access Control & Guest Management:
Monitor guest entry with discretion and professionalism. Ensure appropriate dress code and behavior standards are met. De-escalate situations tactfully while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Professional Presence:
Maintain a sharp, tailored appearance and confident, composed demeanor at all times. Serve as a visual deterrent and trusted authority figure within the venue.

Security Compliance:
Uphold and enforce venue safety protocols, state laws, and company policies with zero tolerance for aggressive, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

Incident Response & Crisis Management:
Remain prepared to respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, altercations, or safety concerns. Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.

Collaboration & Communication:
Maintain consistent and respectful communication with bar staff, management, and fellow team members. Document incidents accurately and thoroughly.

Customer Service Excellence:
Provide premium-level service to guests, including conflict resolution, answering questions, and ensuring their overall safety and satisfaction.


Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Must be 21+ years old (due to bar environment)

Ability to pass a background check

Excellent situational awareness and sound judgment

Strong physical stamina – able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods

Skilled in conflict de-escalation and calm under pressure

Comfortable engaging with a diverse, upscale clientele

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years in a high-volume nightlife, club, or hospitality security role

CPR, First Aid, AED, NARCAN, or MOAB/ACT certifications

Familiarity with modern surveillance systems and radio communication

Military, law enforcement, or formal security training a plus

Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field

Concierge or high-end hospitality experience highly valued
