Your Role in Our Journey


The Digital Advertising Producer will be a key member of our advertising team, overseeing client campaigns in the post-sale phase. This role will require a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who can efficiently manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that advertising campaigns are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in digital advertising platforms, project management skills, and an eye for quality content. 



What You'll Be Uncorking


Key Responsibilities:


Ad Campaign Management:

○ Upload and manage digital ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager, ensuring all campaigns run smoothly and meet client specifications. 

○ Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve the best performance outcomes. 

○ Troubleshoot issues related to ad creatives, reporting, and campaign delivery. 

○ Pull performance reports in Google Analytics 


● Sponsored Content Creation:

○ Collaborate with editorial/freelancers to create sponsored articles and other forms of native advertising in WordPress. 

○ Work with designers and writers to ensure content aligns with client goals and WE guidelines. 


● Project Coordination:

○ Partner with internal teams (client services, sales, editorial, creative, etc.) to ensure that all campaign deadlines are met. 


● Client Communication:

○ Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and campaign success. 


● Reporting & Analysis:

○ Generate and deliver end of campaign performance reports to clients, making sure to highlight key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. 

○ Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data. 


● Quality Control:

○ Ensure all content, ads, and campaigns meet Wine Enthusiast's brand standards. 

○ Perform final checks on all deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution across platforms. 



The Perfect Blend (What You Bring to the Table)


Qualifications:


Experience & Knowledge: 

● At least 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising or campaign management, ideally with familiarity in Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, WordPress, Monday.com. 

● Experience in creating or overseeing sponsored content and native advertising. 

● Strong understanding of digital ad platforms. 


Project Management: 

● Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 

● Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality control across all campaigns. 

● Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 


Communication Skills: 

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising with clients and internal teams effectively. 


Additional Qualities: 

● Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 

● Passion for the wine industry is a plus, with an understanding of the Wine Enthusiast brand values and audience. 

● A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. 


This hybrid role has an onsite requirement of 1 time a month at our Valhalla, NY headquarters.

The pay range for this role is:

55,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Hybrid (Valhalla, New York, US))
