Your Role in Our Journey


Wine Enthusiast is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to oversee client engagement during advertising campaigns across our media channels. This role is integral to ensuring seamless campaign execution and delivering exceptional client experiences. As the main point of contact for client sponsors, the Client Services Manager will manage activations across print, digital, social, podcast, video, and events, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards. They will also contribute to strategic planning initiatives to drive client satisfaction and advance business objectives.



What You'll Be Uncorking


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between client sponsors and internal teams during advertising campaigns, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Oversee media activations across multiple channels, including print, digital, social, podcast, video, and events, ensuring consistent execution and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and advertising assets.
  • Manage and execute multiple client services activations, maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide regular updates to clients, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate internal project management workflows to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Assist the Director of Client Services and Operations in strategic planning initiatives to enhance client relationships and optimize operational efficiencies.
  • Identify opportunities to advance the sales funnel by providing insights and recommendations based on campaign outcomes and client feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to support client success and drive innovation.


The Perfect Blend (What You Bring to the Table)


Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience in client services, account management, or project management, preferably in the media, publishing or advertising industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-first mindset.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing campaigns across diverse media formats, including print, digital, social media, podcasting, video, and live events.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (experience with Monday.com is a plus) 
  • Experience with Google Drive and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
  • Ability to contribute to strategic planning and work collaboratively across teams.

This hybrid role has an onsite requirement of 1 - 2 times a month at our Valhalla headquarters.

The pay range for this role is:

70,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Hybrid (Valhalla, New York, US))
