Your Role with Us

As part of our Business Development team, you’ll play a key role in executing our growth strategy across the DACH region, CEE, and the Nordics. Through close collaboration with industry-leading real estate partners – including investors, asset managers, brokers, and technology partners – you’ll help ensure that buildings are future-proof and meet the technological needs of their users. You’ll build strong relationships with key decision-makers and establish strategic partnerships that are essential to our mission to “make the world’s buildings smarter and better connected.”

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience and Passion: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry (preferably in office and/or logistics sectors), whether in brokerage, consulting, project development, or asset/property management.
• Tech Enthusiast: You understand the critical role that technology plays in modern real estate and are eager to share this enthusiasm with clients and partners.
• Network Builder: You have (or are building) an international network in the real estate sector and enjoy expanding and cultivating those connections.
• Sales Pro: Business acquisition is your forte, and you have the mindset needed to expand our market reach and success story continually.
• Multilingual and Persuasive Communicator: You are fluent in English and can clearly convey our vision, another foreign language is a plus.
• Self-Starter and Team Player: You work independently with strong initiative and are equally motivated by working within an international team culture.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building and Networking: You’ll build valuable relationships with top real estate companies and industry networks.
• Sales and Contract Negotiation: By successfully negotiating, you’ll strengthen our market position and secure new certification contracts.
• Market Expansion and Product Innovation: You’ll drive our European growth and support the introduction of new products
