Wiredscore owns and operates two products; the WiredScore certification program, the first and only rating system for mobile and internet connectivity in buildings which helps landlords assess, improve, benchmark and promote their buildings and SmartScore, the smart building certification which helps landlords understand, improve and communicate the user functionality and technological foundations of their buildings.
About the role
WiredScore is looking for a sharp and engaging Client Success Associate to help strengthen the function and provide value for our clients by building and nurturing relationships with landlords, property managers and agents.
Based in our New York office you will be joining our Global Client Success Team, who act as advisors for our clients across the globe and harness WiredScore's unique perspective to ensure the properties we work with are best positioned to serve the needs of today's tenants. Pay Transparency
The annual salary range for this role in the U.S. is from $63,000 to $78,000. For Client Success roles, this range represents the On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes both the base salary and the target for commissions or bonuses. Benefits and potential equity grants are additional forms of compensation not included in this range.
