- Organizing: The Organizing Department is at the heart of our political movement, driving grassroots engagement and mobilizing volunteers to make an impact in communities across Wisconsin. We focus on recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers, helping them become leaders who can engage with voters, mobilize action, and advocate for progressive change.
- Data: The Data Department is crucial to driving informed decision-making and effective campaign strategy. Our team is responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to guide the organization’s outreach, targeting, and voter engagement efforts.
- Voter Protection: The Voter Protection Department is dedicated to ensuring that every eligible voter in Wisconsin has the access, support, and resources they need to cast their vote securely and confidently. Our team works to safeguard voting rights and address legal challenges that could impact voter participation.
- Finance: The Finance Department plays a pivotal role in fueling the resources needed to support our political campaigns and advocacy efforts across Wisconsin. Our team is responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies and managing donor relationships.
- People Operations: The People Operations team plays a critical role in building and sustaining a diverse, mission-driven workforce to power our political work across Wisconsin. We lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee support while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
- Operations: The Operations Department is the backbone of our campaign infrastructure, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient execution across all areas of the organization. Our team is responsible for managing logistics, office systems, supply chains, and day-to-day operations to ensure that staff, volunteers, and campaign efforts are fully supported.
- Political: The Political Department is at the heart of our campaign’s strategic planning and advocacy efforts, responsible for driving political strategy, coalition-building, and cultivating relationships with county parties, candidates, and key stakeholders across Wisconsin.
- Campaigns: The Campaigns Department is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and resources to political candidates up and down the ballot. Our team ensures candidates are equipped with the tools, strategies, and expertise needed to run effective campaigns, from initial planning to Election Day.
- Digital: The Digital Department is the driving force behind our online presence and digital strategy, ensuring we effectively reach and engage voters across all digital platforms. Our team is responsible for managing and executing online campaigns, creating compelling content, and leveraging digital tools to amplify our message.
- Communications: The Communications Department is responsible for shaping and sharing the Party’s voice, ensuring our message resonates with voters and media alike. Our team crafts compelling stories, develops messaging strategies, and manages public relations efforts to amplify our impact.
