The Opportunity: WisDems is seeking a highly organized and collaborative digital leader to help drive our online strategy and execution. This role will work closely with the Communications Director to coordinate the digital team’s priorities, oversee content operations, and ensure alignment with the party’s broader goals. The ideal candidate will thrive at managing workflows, reviewing and refining content for accuracy and impact, and fostering cross-team collaboration to deliver compelling digital engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our message is shared online, support a dynamic team, and contribute to winning campaigns up and down the ballot in one of the nation’s most competitive political environments.

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 102,000 USD per year (In Person - Madison (1 N))
