About the role

The Care Operations Support role is designed to assist the Care Operations and Care Partner teams by helping to maintain the day to day functions of the program. This role involves supporting the COS team and the CP team by completing detail oriented tasks and updating live documents and events to ensure both teams can function smoothly and reliably.

What you'll do:

• Assist COS team in updating and maintaining frequently used documents 
• Ensure that established Care Team members are assigned to appropriate groups weekly
• Assist the Care Partner team in ensuring that our Virtual Living Room is adequately staff
• Assign clients to their appropriate meal groups
• Assist the team by ensuring that all meals are assigned a Care Partner and that the Care Partner to Client ratio is within a designated range.
• Audit meals and groups daily
• Maintain and organize audit documents
• Carry a caseload of 5-10 clients and update and maintain their schedules

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in administrative work and/or data entry
• Highly organized
• Skilled in google sheets or excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent time management
• Experience in scheduling software and/or EMRs. 

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Employees are required to read, review, prepare and analyze written data and figures, using a computer or similar, and should possess visual acuity.
• This position answers and places telephone calls as well as video conferences and must be able to converse.  
• Must be able to converse with colleagues via telephone and computer programs.
• Must be able to operate a computer and navigate applications within a smart-phone, iPhone, MacBook computer and/or tablet.
• Able to sit for the majority of shifts.
• Must have reliable internet connection.
• This is a work-from-home position.  Work should be performed in a private, quiet space with minimal background noise.
