We provide remote clinical services at the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels of care. The Role

We are entering an exciting new phase of our development. We’ve proven that our business model works and our care leads to excellent clinical outcomes. Now we’re looking to hire a Senior Accountant that will work closely with the Vice President of Finance

What You’ll Do

•  Prepare and analyze  financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the VP of Finance ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
• Present monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management
• Manage general ledger functions
• Review journal entries, reconcile accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Evaluate current procedures and recommend improvements
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget
• Oversee accounts payable
• Assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with cross functional teams

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 
• 3-7 years of progressive accounting experience. 
• Strong experience with general ledger functions and the month end/year end close process
• Experience with computerized ledger systems 
• Advanced knowledge of Excel 
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to function well in a virtual  team-oriented environment 

• Highly organized performance and superb communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
