What you will do

  • Source, develop and negotiate deals with key publishers, trade organizations, technology partners and AI developers
  • Execution of partnerships process end-to-end, ensuring fast follow ups, logging next steps, and driving projects to completion
  • Manage and maintain partner relationships at the day to day and executive level
  • Oversee and report on pipeline, action steps and general operations
  • Track progress against OKRs and team goals
  • Collect and prioritize feedback from partners, communicate those insights back and collaborate with product and engineering to inform the product roadmap
  • Develop a firm understanding of the media AI tool market
  • Work with product marketing to create and iterate on go-to-market materials
  • Coordinate Partner Events from small dinners and working sessions to large events in close collaboration with the marketing team
  • Create market maps and target lists in categories relevant to our marketplace

What you’ve already done and know how to do

  • 8+ years of experience negotiating deals and managing relationships; direct experience in the media industry or technology industry is a plus
  • Fluency with legal contracts in the technology, data licensing &/or media industry and experience working directly with internal and external lawyers. JD is a plus but not required
  • You know how to build financial models, budgets, and business forecasts with little oversight
  • You can whip up a great, clear, and concise deck!
  • You’ve built and managed CRM systems at various levels of complexity (you can run a tracker in Google Sheets, or work confidently in Salesforce or other tools)
  • Investment banking experience a plus

Location: Remote-first (ideally located in NYC or Los Angeles, USA). Travel will be required.
