Job Description: 

As a Marketing Manager and the first member of our marketing team, you will be at the heart of our brand, voice, and growth strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners in Partnerships, Product, and Engineering to help attract both the AI & Publisher sides of our marketplace. In this generalist marketing role, you’ll work across the full spectrum of marketing, leading campaigns and initiatives that speak to our audience and drive clear impact. 


Responsibilities Include: 

Own Our Messaging & Content Strategy:

  • Develop compelling narratives and value propositions for our target audiences.
  • Maintain a pulse on industry, competition, and market trends to drive clear positioning.  
  • Ensure messaging consistency across our channels, website, partnership materials, and products. 

Drive Scalable Engagement: 

  • Test and iterate methods of scalably driving customer acquisition & engagement. 
  • Partner closely with our founders and PR firm to define & execute a clear PR strategy. 
  • Communicate with cadence on our channels including social media, blogs, and newsletters. 
  • Plan and coordinate TollBit events & our presence at industry events to amplify our brand voice and connect with key audiences.

Requirements: 

  1. At least 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably some product marketing experience. 
  2. Strong project management skills, including a track record of defining & achieving clear goals.  
  3. A knack for storytelling & strong proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  4. Past experience working for a B2B tech startup is preferred. 
  5. Location: Remote in Northeast US, ideally in NYC or Boston. Occasional travel.
