Salary: starting range - $65,000-$70,000/year

Bonus: up to 25% of salary (based on hitting targets & milestones paid annually)

* Management may award a discretionary execution bonus to recognize exceptional professionalism, follow-through, and care in managing the bookings process when execution standards are met or exceeded, even if certain booking milestones are not achieved.

Position Overview

As HOEM’s Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You’ll drive occupancy, identify and develop partnerships, and keep the HOEM story vibrant, authentic, and connected. Success in this role is measured by strong booking momentum, full occupancy for key terms, and a high-quality, values-aligned resident experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales & Occupancy: Own HOEM’s lead and booking funnel, ensuring every inquiry, tour, and follow-up is handled promptly and warmly through collaboration with the Front of House team. Maintain disciplined CRM and booking records, manage handoffs to Operations, execute and continuously improve booking tactics within HOEM’s broader growth strategy to maximize occupancy and create a seamless resident journey.
  • Uphold Booking Integrity: Ensure that all bookings are driven with transparency and care. Help prospective residents clearly understand what living at HOEM is so like they can make an informed decision and join the community because it genuinely resonates with them. Collaborate closely with Operations to support smooth transitions from booking through move-in and set students up for a positive start.
  • Lead Partnerships & Outreach: Serve as the main point of contact for group bookings, listing partners, language schools, and institutional partners. Build and manage relationships that drive consistent lead flow and actively pursue new partnership opportunities. Represent HOEM at fairs, campus events, and outreach initiatives particularly during peak booking periods.
  • Execute Marketing & Visibility Efforts: Work with senior leadership and marketing consultants to craft and execute bold strategies that grow awareness and engagement. Oversee the creation of social media content and campaigns that bring the HOEM experience to life with a clear focus on driving qualified inquiries and bookings.
  • Analyze & Optimize Performance: Use data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, track lead and conversion trends, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate reporting dashboards covering inquiries, tours, bookings, and conversion rates, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Strengthen Brand Experience: Coach and inspire student teams to embody HOEM’s brand voice and values across interactions, ensuring consistent, guest-ready communication throughout the booking journey.

 

What you Bring

  • A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, hospitality or sales.
  • A natural connector with strong people skills and motivated to be helpful.
  • Understands what students want and how to reach them across digital, in-person, and partnership channels.
  • Confident using digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and energized by fast-paced, seasonal cycles with clear targets


The pay range for this role is:

65,000 - 70,000 CAD per year (Toronto)
