The Opportunity
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our growing cybersecurity and compliance platform team. In this role, you will own the roadmap for one of Workstreet’s core product domains—driving innovation, technical excellence, and customer value.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate complex security and compliance requirements into simple, powerful product experiences. As a key bridge between strategy and execution, you’ll ensure that every release strengthens Workstreet’s mission to help organizations scale securely.
This is a highly cross-functional role suited for someone who loves solving complex technical challenges, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, security, and product innovation.
What You'll Do
- Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap for your domain.
- Translate company goals into actionable product initiatives with clear impact.
- Partner with engineering leadership to ensure technical feasibility and architectural alignment.
- Prioritize features and backlog items based on customer value, business goals, and technical complexity.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept through release and iteration.
- Write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering to understand constraints, dependencies, and system design details.
- Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in system design discussions, API specifications, and integration workflows.
- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and assess 3rd-party integrations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define success metrics and KPIs.
- Work closely with design to deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
- Support launch readiness and go-to-market planning with cross-functional teams.
- Act as an internal subject matter expert on product capabilities and tradeoffs.
- Define and track product performance metrics, usage analytics, and reliability indicators.
- Use data and feedback loops to refine priorities and identify optimization opportunities.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager.
- Strong technical foundation; comfortable discussing system architecture, APIs, and integrations.
- Experienced in SaaS, platform, or data-centric products.
- Proven ability to take products from concept to launch successfully.
- Excellent communicator who can align technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiar with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Linear, or Notion.
- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in driving clarity from ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Background in software engineering or a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and modern data architectures.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven or automation-based products.
- Experience managing products in enterprise or multi-tenant SaaS environments.
