We're seeking a detail-oriented Security Questionnaire Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client security questionnaires from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality responses while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Questionnaire Projects: Oversee the full lifecycle of security questionnaire projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure on-time completion within quality standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in questionnaire response processes and implement standardized templates and procedures.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized documentation of all client questionnaires, responses, and supporting evidence for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Timeline Management: Create realistic project timelines, track progress against milestones, and proactively address potential delays before they impact deliverables.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with security analysts and other team members to gather necessary information and ensure consistent, accurate responses across all questionnaires.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in security, compliance, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with security questionnaires, RFPs, or similar documentation processes
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Understanding of security controls and best practices
- Knowledge of compliance platforms (e.g., Drata, Vanta, SecureFrame)
- Basic technical knowledge to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
