We’re looking for a dynamic, scrappy, and results-driven Account Executive - Growth to join our sales team. As an Account Executive for Growth, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by nurturing inbound leads, building relationships with prospects, and closing deals. You will work closely with our partner Vanta, as well as cross-functional teams within Workstreet, to identify new opportunities for expansion and ensure the successful adoption of our compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Management: Own the entire sales process for inbound leads generated through our partnership with Vanta, from qualification through to contract negotiation and closing deals with Mid-Market clients.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales to exceed revenue targets, focusing on high-value opportunities within the upmarket segment.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, compliance officers, and other senior stakeholders.
- Strategic Selling: Understand client needs and communicate how Workstreet’s solutions can address their specific cybersecurity and compliance challenges.
- Partner Engagement: Leverage our partnership with Vanta to accelerate business growth and expand revenue opportunities through strategic collaboration.
- Pipeline Management: Use HubSpot CRM to track opportunities, manage pipelines, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with customer success, product teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Metrics-Driven: Use data to refine sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and track progress toward sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Success: At least 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on Mid-Market clients and complex sales cycles.
- Full-Cycle Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end sales process, specifically with inbound leads, from qualification to closing deals.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade senior-level executives.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) to manage sales activities and track performance.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA is preferred.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive customer satisfaction and company success.
