We're looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager to lead our team of Security Questionnaire Analysts. In this role, you'll ensure Workstreet's clients receive accurate, high-quality, and timely responses to their security questionnaires, acting as both a leader and a project manager to drive excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor Team: Manage and mentor a team of Security Questionnaire Analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development to ensure high-quality performance.
- Maintain Quality & Accuracy: Ensure that all security questionnaires are completed with the highest quality and accuracy. Review and approve responses before final delivery to clients.
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the daily workflow, prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and implement process improvements to maintain efficiency while ensuring accuracy.
- Onboard and Train Analysts: Onboard new team members and provide comprehensive training on Workstreet’s questionnaire processes and best practices. Develop and maintain training materials for continuous learning.
- Client Onboarding and Project Delivery: Act as the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful project completion. Assign team members to client projects and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership on hiring, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Work with internal teams to ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
- Manage Projects: Set clear project milestones, monitor progress, and ensure that the team is focused on high-priority tasks. Communicate status updates and proactively address potential risks to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience answering security and compliance questionnaires.
- Strong project management skills: able to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English; adept at reviewing written materials for clarity and accuracy.
- Proven ability to provide mentorship, feedback, and support to help team members excel.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, or technical controls (preferred, but not required).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with or managing compliance platforms (e.g., Drata, Vanta, SecureFrame).
- Certifications in project management or security (e.g., PMP, CISA) are a plus but not mandatory.
