The Opportunity
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and expand our Project Management Office (PMO). In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee two Project Managers, each supervising a Project Coordinator (one full-time, one part-time). You’ll also act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Jira, Agile methodologies, metrics, and dashboards—driving visibility, consistency, and operational excellence across all initiatives.
This role requires exceptional leadership, organization, and multitasking skills to manage 15+ concurrent client engagements while balancing shifting priorities and deadlines. You’ll work closely with peers (Managers of Security Analysts) and report directly to the Senior Manager of Trust Services, supporting a 24x5 global operations model across multiple time zones.
What You'll Do
- Lead and Mentor Teams: Supervise and coach two Project Managers and their respective Project Coordinators, ensuring performance alignment, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee successful delivery of 15+ concurrent client projects, maintaining clear communication, prioritization, and escalation processes.
- Jira & Agile Expertise: Serve as the Jira and Agile SME—configure workflows, manage sprint cadences, maintain dashboards, and standardize Agile practices across teams.
- Metrics & Dashboard Reporting: Build and manage real-time dashboards and KPIs in Jira, Notion, or other reporting tools to monitor progress, productivity, and team performance.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with Security Analysts, Compliance Specialists, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and consistent quality across engagements.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational gaps and implement scalable improvements through automation, templates, and standardized documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates, performance metrics, and risk assessments to the Senior Manager of Trust Services and leadership stakeholders.
- Tool Utilization: Leverage Slack, Notion, and other collaboration platforms for efficient communication, documentation, and workflow transparency.
- Timeline & Resource Management: Balance workloads, adjust priorities dynamically, and ensure all projects meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- 24x5 Operations Support: Oversee global team operations to maintain responsiveness and accountability across multiple time zones.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in security, compliance, or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent client projects with tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Slack, and Notion, including building dashboards and tracking metrics.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with the ability to coach teams on adoption and delivery.
- Skilled in prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication under pressure.
- Experience supporting global or 24x5 operations, with proven collaboration across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Experience with compliance automation platforms such as Drata, Vanta, or SecureFrame.
- Technical aptitude to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
