About the role
- As the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for assisting the store manager in leadership of all daily functions of a detail shop location and ensuring outstanding customer service, labor and quality. You will oversee all employees at the location on behalf of the company and report directly to the District Manager and Store Managers. These employees include: detailers and car wash attendants.

- Managing day to day operations and workflow within the shop
- Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability
- Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently
- Coaching and developing a team of detailers and car wash attendants
- Working with your team to complete details
- Building solid partnerships with our clients and guests
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is delivered consistently
- Attending monthly management meetings to discuss workforce management and dealer client satisfaction

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- 1 year or more of management experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate on all levels
- Must be available to work on weekends, holidays as required by season and role
