General Summary

Fulfillment Coordinator to support order processing and related administrative tasks. The candidate should be well organized and proficient in the use of standard business software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and accounting programs. This position reports directly to the Procurement & Fulfillment Manager.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

1. Confirm order receipt and process orders through software system.
2. Provide customers with up-to-date information regarding order status.
3. Assist sales and support teams with returns.
4. Maintain organized records of customers and order information.
5. Respond to first-line inquiries regarding products, services, and solutions.
6. Educate customers on proper ordering policies and procedures.

Skills and Abilities

1. Prior customer support and administrative experience.
2. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and other sales related software packages (web meeting, CRM, etc.).
5. Ability to build rapport with clients.
6. Strong customer service skills.
7. Attention to detail.
8. Associate degree preferred.

Education and Experience

1. Experience with NetSuite ERP or Oracle ERP software.
2. Experience with CRM software.
3. Experience in purchasing/procurement, materials, accounting.
4. Typing proficiency of 60+ WPM
5. Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
7. Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.

Working Conditions

Normal, no adverse or hazardous conditions.

Target Pay Range: 21.00 to 24.00 per hour, full-time
