Manager Financial Systems, Business Analytics

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Financial Systems and Business Analytics to lead and develop our ERP and related BI systems, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, business & financial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to support cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• NetSuite Administration & Optimization: Maintain and enhance NetSuite ERP /CRM functionality, ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency.  This will include the adjacent PLM system (Arena)
• Cross-System Integrations: Lead integrations between NetSuite and other business systems.
• BI & Data Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Financial & Revenue Reporting: Support FP&A, budgeting, revenue recognition, and complex financial modeling (ARR, Deferred Revenue, M&A, and profitability analysis).
• Data Governance & Architecture: Implement data governance, traceability, and warehouse development to ensure clean and accurate reporting.
• ETL & Data Migration: Oversee ETL processes and data conversions between systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
• Project Management: Lead multiple projects with competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• User Support & Training: Work closely with end-users, providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and driving system adoption.

Salary Range: 170k-190k (plus bonus)
