In addition, we have earned accolades from 2018-2022  as one of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in Montana and in the US by Inc. magazine. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that is reshaping the financial services industry for the better.

About the role

We have our sights set on a highly motivated, people-centered, and creative Director of Talent & Culture who will elevate the team member experience and optimize every stage of the employee lifecycle. In this role, you’ll be a trusted thought partner to leaders across the company, drive talent efforts based on organizational needs, and develop curated strategies that connect the dots between people, key business objectives, and our mission to help people live their great lives.

Because we are firmly in the growth stage, we need a strategist who can also execute. Someone to make sense of the “circus” that comes alongside rapid growth. Specifically, we need an acrobat, an expert juggler, and ring leader all in one. The Director of Talent & Culture will be an operational maven that strikes the perfect balance between people and process, that has a command of all the deets and competing priorities, yet always has the big picture in mind to make sure the team is on track to get there.
