About the role
We are seeking a high-energy, user-centric Product Manager to join our Journey Product and Development team, working remotely. This pivotal role is responsible for driving the strategy, definition, and growth of our content and learning products, focusing on new user funnels and respective experiences.
What you'll do
Strategy, Vision & Market Positioning
- Own the growth loop driving continuous and healthy growth across key segments and demographics
- Own the long-term vision and strategy for assigned content and learning products/features, ensuring alignment with the department’s learning and growth objectives.
- Adopt and champion multi channel and eventually unified growth strategies that pushes the brand to greater heights
- Conduct continuous market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to determine optimal market positioning and identify new opportunities for learner value.
- Define clear, measurable short- and long-term product objectives focused on key business outcomes (e.g., progression rate, retention, content usage, conversion).
Execution, Delivery & Growth
- Drive and maintain the product roadmap, balancing innovation, user needs, organisational drivers and technical debt.
- Take full accountability for the growth trajectory of assigned products, owning all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Develop outcome-driven product requirements and specifications, clearly articulating the "why" and "what" for cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute action plans focused on growth and usage across key audience segments, leveraging data and experimentation.
- Expertise in the development and execution of sustainable growth loops to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across the learning ecosystem.
- Lead the prioritization process for product features, backlog items, and technical requirements.
- Align product with internal frameworks and optimize user experiences for the same
User Experience & Optimization
- Serve as the primary champion for end-users and strategic drivers, maintaining a deep understanding of user habits, behavior, and psychological motivators in learning and progression.
- Work closely with the UX team on end-user validation, UX optimization, and designing intuitive, highly engaging digital experiences.
- Spearhead product experimentation efforts, including running A/B and multivariate tests, to validate hypotheses and rapidly iterate toward product success.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key interface with Content Stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define, optimize, and steward high-quality content experiences and curation within the assigned products.
- Proven skills in managing and influencing multi-stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Content, Marketing, Operations) to align on shared outcomes and strategic roadmaps.
- Engage closely with UX, Engineering, Content, Research teams, and stakeholders to serve as the allocated product/feature leader, ensuring seamless development and deployment.
- Manage communication across all levels, effectively synthesizing complex product updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for executives and management.
- Participate in and adhere to in-house agile development workflows, contributing actively to sprints, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
Qualifications
Key Skills & Experience
- At least 3+ years of dedicated Product Management experience, or a strong combination of 5+ years of total professional exposure including product management, consulting, or strong internships.
- Proven ability to drive complex projects from concept through launch and iterative optimization.
- Experience with content and social media funneling
- Experience with digital learning products; familiarity with e-learning platforms, educational technology (EdTech), or gamification principles is a significant plus.
- Expertise in analyzing user behavior, qualitative research, and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
- Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing product experimentation (A/B testing) for key features and flows.
- Proficiency with modern product lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and analytics platforms.
General Skills
- Deep understanding of user habits and psychology in a digital environment.
- Excellent knowledge of UX principles and the ability to critique designs for usability and impact.
- Exceptional critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in verbal and written communication, capable of articulating vision and details clearly to cross-functional partners.
