Yieldstreet is seeking a Media Supervisor to support our marketing team in the planning, execution, and performance tracking of cross-channel media campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and media partners to ensure successful campaign delivery and optimization. You’ll play a critical part in analyzing performance data, coordinating media assets, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all media initiatives. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and self-driven, with a solid background in media strategy and billing tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sr. Media Manager and VP of Marketing on assigned media projects and campaign initiatives
  • Maintain strong working relationships with creative/media agencies, SEO contractors, affiliate partners, and internal teams
  • Manage and update media flighting schedules and flowcharts in collaboration with advertising agencies
  • Oversee daily media performance pacing and provide actionable optimization recommendations
  • Track and report media performance, assessing outcomes against initial strategy and goals
  • Maintain and develop creative trackers, ensuring all specifications and assets are aligned
  • Coordinate media pixel implementation with partners
  • Lead management of affiliate program using the Impact platform, including tracking URLs and partner growth opportunities
  • Partner with SEO contractors to align on content calendars, manage article submissions, and update copy based on compliance feedback
  • Handle day-to-day agency communications and real-time problem-solving
  • Manage media billing processes, including invoice delivery, payment tracking, and reporting backup
  • Deliver weekly updates to media leads on campaign performance, launches, creative needs, and billing matters

Must-Have Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in media planning, strategy, or activation
  • 2+ years of experience with Mediaocean/Prisma or a similar financial billing tool
  • Previous agency experience
  • Strong cross-channel media knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and strong time management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Have

  • Hands-on experience with Search, Social, or Programmatic media (not part of daily responsibilities)
  • Affiliate marketing experience, preferably using the Impact platform

The pay range for this role is:

80,000-100,000 USD per year (New York)
