All Yieldstreet offices follow a 3 day per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) hybrid work model.


Yieldstreet is seeking a Fraud Operations Analyst to support our high-growth organization. You will be responsible for tasks essential to maintaining the operational excellence of Yieldstreet's investment process by helping develop and implement procedures to reduce fraud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive fraud detection strategies and business procedures that balance fraud loss and investor experience
  • Investigate fraudulent activity and assist in mitigating recovery efforts
  • Actively ensures compliance with the Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Information Security, and SAR policies, procedures, and processes
  • Develop trending reports and essential indicators to serve as early warning risk indicators for potentially fraudulent activity
  • Summarize and document findings with recommendations for senior leadership, thereby reducing future risks and exposures
  • Build relationships with internal teams, such as Investor Relations, Product, and Finance, as well as with third-party providers

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of fraud/risk experience with an emphasis on banking or financial services
  • Experience working with SQL, Looker, or other business intelligence tools
  • Experience understanding risks around account creation, KYC, KYB, account takeovers, and ID theft
  • Strong understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act and FINCEN's SAR requirements, policies, and procedures
  • A strong understanding of money movement, including but not limited to ACH
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various departments
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

The pay range for this role is:

90,000-100,000 USD per year (New York)
