Our platform provides access to differentiated individual investments and diversified funds, as well as an automated investing solution that handles everything for you.


We are seeking a skilled Motion Design Contractor to support the Willow Wealth Growth & Product Design teams. The ideal designer thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, and consistently produces clean, polished, brand-aligned work with minimal revision cycles.

Key responsibilities 

Using Willow Wealth’s established motion brand guidelines, the contractor will produce and refine a variety of web and marketing assets, including: 

  • Apply and extend existing motion guidelines across our web experience 
  • Translate static designs and concepts into intentional, high-quality motion 
  • Create lightweight UI and product micro-interactions optimized for web performance 
  • Export motion assets for implementation using Lottie, SVG, GIF, or video 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and engineers 
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback, changing requirements, and evolving priorities 
  • Help elevate the quality and consistency of motion across the Willow Wealth brand 

What we’re looking for 

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating an exceptional eye for design, composition, layout, and motion craft (timing, easing, and curves) 
  • Experience designing motion for digital products or websites 
  • Experience working within established brand and motion systems, with the ability to extend them thoughtfully 
  • Understanding of motion principles, pacing, storytelling, and micro-interactions 
  • Experience exporting assets for web implementation (Lottie, SVG, GIF, video) 
  • Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals 
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver polished assets with minimal revisions 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, iterative environment 
  • English language proficiency (written and spoken)

Tools

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro 
  • Experience working with Figma design files 
  • Experience with web-based animation workflows using Lottie, Rive or something similar 
  • Interest or experience with AI-assisted motion design tooling is a plus 

Expected hourly rate: USD 20/hour
