Member Service Representative - Northwest YMCA

About the role

The Midland YMCA is seeking a Member Service Representative to work at our front desk.

The successful candidate will join the membership team greeting and admitting members and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities for this part-time position include scanning cards, answering phones, responding to questions regarding Y programs and services and general customer service support. We are seeking a person who treats everyone with courtesy, respect and consideration; displays integrity; listens actively and genuinely; communicates in a clear and pleasant manner; embraces differences among people; demonstrates an active willingness to learn and grow; and works cooperatively as a team member. Qualifications

• Certified in CPR and First Aid (or be certified within 30 days of hire).
• Complete YMCA child abuse prevention within 30 days of hire along with other required trainings.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Pass a background check and drug test
